On Thursday the 4th of November, which was the third day of Europort 2021 exhibition, a letter of intent has been signed between Damen Shipyards and Royal Van der Leun.
The letter of intent covers the supply of the complete electrical installation for two transhipment barges, which will be used by Wolverine in Canada.
The two barges will be used in an innovative way to bunker large sea-going vessels via train carriages (temporary) transhipment.
Royal Van der Leun thanks Damen for the trust and looks forward to another great collaboration!
